UShealthrecord.com was created in order to revolutionize the health care industry by providing the technology platform that will facilitate lowering medical costs, improving patient care and empowering patients to better manage their health.

By providing secure, Web-based online storage of a personal health record (PHR); USHealthRecord allows medical providers, as well as the patient, to easily update and communicate information via the Internet to other providers to ensure the very best of patient care. All patient information is held securely and will only be provided to others with the patient’s permission.

Our Personal Health Record product is free to anyone who wants to sign up at any time, but it is also sold as a product to employers, insurance agencies, banks and hospitals as a service they can provide to their customers. These groups can help improve the health of their customers or employees by providing this service to everyone with whom they deal.

Communication Platform of the Future

USHealthRecord uses industry standards, such as HL7 and CCR to communicate electronically with other health care providers. Unlike some other PHRs, we collect data for you by building a community of health care providers in the electronic world.
