Joseph M. Roblee
Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer
Joseph Roblee has more than 25 years of experience in computer networking, application development, telecommunications, Web development and multidisciplinary collaboration. He has worked with companies worldwide, auditing existing telecommunications security, strategy and implementation, and helping integrate voice and data networks.
Roblee has been at USHealthRecord for over 15 years and is the Chief Technical Officer and Executive Vice President. Roblee provides leadership and focuses on the company’s overall technical vision and direction. His technical envisions include developing groundbreaking tools to facilitate in the administration and provision of patient care with full patient/doctor and doctor/doctor collaboration. Roblee designed and manages the support help desk and staff as well as manages the MS SQL Server data tables for millions of data rows. Some of his key innovations here at USHealthRecord include a Java Clinical Pathways Tool/Clinical Document Generator for doctor treatment plans that dynamically display treatment plan questions based on questions entered in SQL Server tables. He provided a vitals data uploading tool that automatically uploads vitals data directly from the monitor device into the web page via XML. Roblee is also in charge of full document level security and secure patient/user collaboration.
At JMR Consulting Services, Joe is involved with all aspects of business development including technology consultation, project management, and software development. His major clients include Motorola, Charter Bank, VTEL Corp., Apple Computer, and First American Flood Data Services. His core business and strategic areas are network/security audits and consulting, software and website development, disaster recovery plans and implementation, search engine rankings, HIPAA consulting and Virtual IT Department.
Prior to working for USHealthRecord, Roblee was the senior technology consultant at Brintech, Inc. where he performed network risk management analysis for financial intuitions.
Roblee also worked at eLawSoftware in Austin, Texas as the CTO where he developed the first and only web-based Criminal Case Management Software System with PDA and MS Word integration. His technology currently serves over 350 law offices nation-wide. He also serves as Information Systems Manager for Sheshunoff Management Services, Inc. and Systems Integration/ Technical Project Manager for the Austin Data Systems.
Roblee is one of the leading Lotus Notes developers in the U.S. In 2009, USHealthRecord was named the Microsoft Public Sector Health Partner of the Year using his technology. In 2003, he received the IBM Beacon Award for best Collaborative Software.
Roblee holds a Master's in Business Administration with an emphasis in Technology Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science Engineering. He also holds a certificate as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.
